What Happens After You Reach Out

1. A real conversation. Cameron or someone on the CellSun team calls you back, asks what prompted the call, and tells you honestly whether what you are asking for is the right first move. Sometimes the answer is a roof before solar, or a heat pump before anything else.
2. A site visit and measurements. We look at the roof, the electrical panel, the existing heating system and the space itself. Heat pump projects include a Manual J load calculation rather than a rule of thumb.
3. A written, itemized proposal. Equipment, scope, timeline and price in writing, with the Connecticut incentives you actually qualify for applied, including Energize CT heat pump rebates and Smart-E financing.
4. Permitting and paperwork. CellSun handles town permits, utility applications and rebate submissions. You sign; we chase the paperwork.
5. Installation and commissioning. CellSun performs its own solar, roofing and electrical work as a Connecticut registered Home Improvement Contractor. Heat pump installation is performed by our licensed HVAC installation partner, with CellSun designing, permitting and commissioning the system.
