Our Work

    Install Gallery

Real installations across Central Connecticut. See the CellSun difference on homes like yours.

Every project below is a Connecticut home. Colonials, capes, ranches, hip roofs, multi-gable roofs, detached garages and new construction, on the kind of roof pitches and shade conditions Hartford County actually has. We photograph the finished array from the street and from the roof, because the way panels are laid out and the way conduit is run is the difference between a system that looks planned and one that looks improvised.

CellSun contracts directly with the homeowner as a Connecticut registered Home Improvement Contractor and performs its own solar, roofing and electrical work. Heat pump installations are performed by our licensed HVAC installation partner, with CellSun handling the load calculation, system design, permitting, electrical and Energize CT rebate paperwork.

If your roof, roof age or shade situation looks like one of these, we can usually tell you on a first call whether solar, a roof replacement first, or a heat pump is the right starting point. Call (203) 427-7489 or request a free consultation.

    What You Are Looking At

Solar arrays designed around the roof planes that actually produce, with conduit runs kept off the front elevation wherever the layout allows. Panels are premium tier, and the design, permitting, utility interconnection and electrical are all handled by CellSun.

Roof replacements done solar-ready, so a future array does not mean pulling panels off a roof that has aged out. If your roof has under ten years left, replacing it first is almost always cheaper than removing and reinstalling solar later, which is a job we also do on existing systems.

Cold-climate heat pumps in ducted, ductless and mixed configurations, plus battery storage and Generac standby generators for the outages that come with every Connecticut storm season.
